When it comes to “Villa Construction”, finding the right builder is crucial, so we have close working relations with several established and accomplished builders. Once we understand our client’s requirements and the style of property, we can then recommend various construction firms whom we know can deliver the desired product. This enables our client to get competitive quotes and find a builder whom they are comfortable to proceed with.
Getting 2 or 3 quotes goes against the policy of the majority of the other local estate agents, as many of them are owned or run by builders, who work on the basis that if they sell the land then they must co-ordinate the build process. Which is why we believe our unbiased advice and guidance is pivotal to our clients and a successful outcome. Having run many new villa developments & villa renovations, we have gained a strong level of experience and knowledge in this sector and use this to good affect when advising our clients.
